Two Brothers, One Mission
Over a decade ago, Max and I entered the cannabis industry. We watched cannabis evolve from underground markets into a regulated, rapidly expanding industry. We saw the potential. We also saw the problems.
By 2019, the hemp industry was booming, but distributors were failing retailers. Shop owners were being handed falsified COAs and non-compliant products. They couldn’t get anyone on the phone when they needed to order. When we finally did place an order, it took a week to arrive—sometimes longer.
Retailers needed speed. They needed reliability. They needed a partner, not just a supplier.
So we founded frosty club with one clear mission. Help business owners that sell hemp grow their business.
The Problems We Solved
From the beginning, we didn’t want to just sell products. It was about understanding what issues stores faced. We discovered:

By the end of 2020, we worked directly with hundreds of shop owners. We continued to learn more about their businesses and what they were looking for in a partner.
What emerged was a distribution model built on three pillars:
