How do you package and ship flower?

Flower is packaged in sealed bulk bags or pre packed formats, labeled with strain, tier, and weight. We focus on packaging that protects trichomes and keeps aroma and moisture as stable as possible during transit. Orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded outer boxes with appropriate inner packing so bags do not get crushed in transit. We use trackable shipping services and only ship to states where hemp products are allowed under the federal definition of hemp. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that THCA products are permitted in their jurisdiction before ordering.
How should I store my flower?

We recommend storing flower in an airtight container in a cool, dark, and dry place. Avoid heat, direct sunlight, humidity, and frequent temperature swings, since those can dry out the buds, oxidize cannabinoids, and flatten the terpene profile. For shops, keep product in sealed packaging until it is ready for display, and use tightly sealed jars or prepacked units in your display cases so aroma and freshness are preserved as long as possible.
Do you ship outside of the US?
We do not ship outside of the United States. We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses.
Do you ship hemp products legally?
Yes. All frosty club THCa products are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC. Packages are shipped with compliance documentation to support lawful interstate transportation.
Will my package be discreet?
Absolutely. All orders are professionally and discreetly packaged. Parcels are unbranded, and every shipment includes a thank-you card containing a QR code that links to our compliance paperwork, including a “Notice to Law Enforcement” citing the Farm Bill and applicable regulations. All products have a QR code that links to the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for that specific product. No invoices or billing documents are included in the box.
Do you offer Shipping Insurance?
Shipping Insurance is included with every order unless you manually remove it from your cart.
If Shipping Insurance is removed, the order is not protected against perils in transit such as damage, loss, or theft. While Shipping Insurance is not required, we strongly encourage keeping it on your order so that issues in transit can be addressed more easily.
