Can I use the same account for wholesale and retail?
Frosty Club (wholesale) and High Hippy (retail) run on separate systems with different pricing, rules, and eligibility. Most customers will need a separate login for each. You can use the same email address, but your wholesale approval and order history will stay tied to your Frosty Club account.
Do I need special documentation for returns?
Yes. When necessary, we can provide a Notice to Postmaster / Statement of Compliance confirming the legality of hemp shipments under the 2018 Farm Bill. If you need this documentation, let us know when you request your return authorization.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $100 (after discounts, before tax) qualify for free UPS Next Day Air shipping within the United States.
Eligible orders placed before 1PM CST ship with free Next Day Air for delivery on the next business day. Orders placed after 1PM CST will ship the next business day with free Next Day Air.
Do you offer Shipping Insurance?
Shipping Insurance is included with every order unless you manually remove it from your cart.
If Shipping Insurance is removed, the order is not protected against perils in transit such as damage, loss, or theft. While Shipping Insurance is not required, we strongly encourage keeping it on your order so that issues in transit can be addressed more easily.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?

Yes. Every strain in our catalog has a third party lab Certificate of Analysis that shows potency, cannabinoid profile, and compliance with the federal definition of hemp. COAs are matched to specific batches so you can verify THCA and Delta 9 levels before ordering. We make COAs available on request and are working to surface them directly in your account and product pages so you can download them anytime for internal records or staff training.
Do you ship hemp products legally?
Yes. All frosty club THCa products are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC. Packages are shipped with compliance documentation to support lawful interstate transportation.
