How do I start a return or exchange?

Orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded outer boxes with appropriate inner packing so bags do not get crushed in transit. We use trackable shipping services and only ship to states where hemp products are allowed under the federal definition of hemp. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that THCA products are permitted in their jurisdiction before ordering.
