Do you ship outside of the US?
We do not ship outside of the United States. We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses.
How can staff explain Exotic to customers on the floor?
Train staff to describe Exotic as “rare or hype genetics with loud flavor that come in smaller, limited runs.” That one line makes it clear that Exotic is for customers looking for something special beyond everyday strains, and it sets the stage for a slightly higher price point.
How do I delete my account?
Message Support from the app or email our support team and request account deletion or deactivation. For security, we may ask you to confirm the email on the account. Some order and transaction records may need to be retained for tax, compliance, and chargeback protection, but we can deactivate your account and remove you from marketing emails.
How do I know which strain is right for me?
Answer
Start by thinking about the experience and use case. For example, some shops prefer uplifting strains that customers reach for earlier in the day, while others focus on heavier, relaxing strains that customers use in the evening. Next, consider terpene profile and strain family. Classic gas and kush profiles tend to attract one type of customer, while candy, fruit, and dessert strains draw another. Our strain descriptions highlight effects, aroma, and typical use cases, and you can always reach out to our team for wholesale recommendations based on your customer base and how you plan to merchandise your menu.
How do I start a return or exchange?
To initiate a return, contact our support team or your sales rep with your order number and the reason for the return. You can email us at [email protected]. We will review your request, provide return instructions, and let you know if additional documentation (such as photos) is required before a return is approved.
Please do not send product back until your return has been authorized.
How do Smalls present in jars and bags compared to larger buds?
In jars and mylar bags, Smalls look like dense, trimmed mini-nugs that still show color, frost, and strain character. They won’t have the same single-bud “wow” factor as a big cola, but the overall look is clean and full.
