Where We Ship

We only ship to U.S. states and territories where hemp products are allowed under the federal definition of hemp. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

Order Processing Times

Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 1:00 PM CST are shipped the same day via overnight service.

Orders placed on Friday may ship Friday or Monday, with expected delivery on Monday or Tuesday.

If weekend delivery is required, please request this when ordering.

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, we cannot guarantee any delivery dates.

Available Shipping Methods

Frosty Club currently ships wholesale orders using UPS. The following services are available at checkout:

• UPS Next Day Air Overnight delivery for orders placed before 1:00 PM CST Monday to Thursday. Flat rate of $30.00.
• UPS Next Day Air Overnight delivery for orders placed before 1:00 PM CST on Friday with a request for weekend delivery. Flat rate of $60.00.

All orders must include a valid, deliverable shipping address that can be verified by UPS to be delivered successfully.

Estimated Delivery Times

All listed delivery windows are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed, except where noted by the carrier for specific services. Weather, carrier delays, volume spikes, and other factors outside our control can impact transit times.

• UPS Next Day Air Typically delivered the next business day for orders placed before 1:00 PM CST.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays, and carriers may not deliver on weekends or postal holidays in all areas.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping Insurance is included with every order by default unless you manually opt out at checkout. Insurance helps protect your shipment against common in transit risks such as damage, loss, or theft.

If you remove Shipping Insurance from your cart, your order is not protected against these risks in transit. While insurance is not required, we strongly encourage customers to keep it enabled, especially for larger or higher value orders.

Discreet and Compliant Packaging

All orders are professionally and discreetly packaged. Parcels are unbranded, and no invoices or billing documents are included inside the box.

Each shipment includes a Thank You card with a QR code that links to our compliance documentation, including a Notice to Law Enforcement citing the 2018 Farm Bill and applicable regulations. Every product also includes a QR code that points to the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for that specific lot.

Hemp Shipping Compliance

All frosty club THCa products are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. Orders are shipped with appropriate compliance documents to support lawful interstate transportation.

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with any state or local regulations that may apply to the receipt of hemp products in their jurisdiction.
